Refund Policy

Online Video Consultations

Appointments for online video consultations may be canceled or rescheduled at no additional cost if done more than twenty-four hours before the start time of the appointment. Any consultations that are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment start time will result in a full charge to the patient. Online video consultations can be canceled by patients themselves. Currently, all rescheduling requests must be sent to https://broccolicare.ie by email. If appropriate, refunds take one to ten working days to process and can only be issued to the original credit or debit card.

Online Prescription Services

Requests for cancellations and refunds for online prescription services must be submitted within three hours of the purchase date, or three hours into the next business day if the purchase was made outside of our regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8 a.m.–10 p.m., Sat-Sun 10 a.m.–6 p.m.).

If appropriate, refunds take one to ten working days to process and can only be issued to the original credit or debit card.

No refund will be allowed if our doctors write a prescription for you after the cancellation period has ended.

You will be given a safe substitute (if one is available) or a complete refund if our doctors deny your prescription request because they believe it is hazardous and/or medically inappropriate for you. Please be aware that refunds take one to ten working days to process and can only be issued to the original credit or debit card.

The following will be applicable if our doctors deny your prescription request because they believe the prescription service—rather than the prescription itself—is hazardous and inappropriate for your medical needs :

  • You will be given an online discount code to use toward an online video consultation with one of our general practitioners if our doctors determine that a full consultation is required for the relevant medication request. If our doctors determine that the online video consultation format is unsafe and/or
  • inappropriate for your medical needs, you will be given the option to receive a refund and be advised to see your local general practitioner instead. Please be aware that refunds take one to ten working days to process and can only be issued to the original credit or debit card.

No reimbursement will be allowed if one of our doctors evaluates your prescription request and, at the doctor’s request, you do not submit the necessary medical information as asked in our questionnaire within three days of the request date (or if you provide inaccurate or insufficient information).

Home Health Test Kits

Within fourteen days of receiving the goods, you have the option to terminate the Home Health Test Kit contract and get a refund. You are not obliged to provide a reason for your cancellation when exercising your right to do so. However, if you would like to terminate the contract, please write to us at connect@broccolicare.ie After that, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your cancellation instruction.

If the Home Health Test Kit has been opened or unsealed, you will not be able to terminate the contract or receive a refund for hygienic and health reasons. You won’t be eligible for a refund if your home health test kit is obviously customized or is likely to break down or expire quickly.

However, you have 14 days from the day you contacted us at connect@broccolicare.ie to return the unopened and undamaged Home Health Test Kit to us if you want to terminate your contract. If appropriate, refunds take one to ten working days to process and can only be issued to the original credit or debit card. To partially offset the cost of the kit, which must be destroyed and cannot be reused, 50% of the RRP is subtracted from the refund.

Our Home Health Test Kits are normally mailed 24 hours after purchase and delivered 7 days later. However, please contact us at connect@broccolicare.ie to report the delivery issue in writing if you do not receive the product within the anticipated timeframe. You might be eligible for a refund if, in the extremely unlikely event that you do not receive the product within 30 days.

Healthcare Plans

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to terminate your Healthcare Plan contract and get a complete refund. Giving a reason for the cancelation is not necessary. Please email connect@broccolicare.ie to let us know if you need to cancel.

Within the fourteen (14) day period, you can still cancel your healthcare plan if you have already utilized any services (such as consultations or prescription drugs). You will be billed at the regular rates, though, which might be more than the monthly subscription fee. Your payment method will be automatically debited for these charges.

Important: The Healthcare Plan cannot be canceled after the fourteen (14) day time has elapsed.

Acceptable Patient Behaviour Policy

At Broccolicare , we think that every patient deserves to be acknowledged, listened, and understood.
Additionally, we think that all of our employees—medical and non-medical—should be able to work in a safe setting free from any mistreatment or injury from others. Our medical professionals and support workers are committed to offering safe, high-quality healthcare, and this is a two-way process that depends on patients’ participation and respect for one another.

In a few instances, certain patients’ behaviors become intolerable due to the misuse of our personnel and/or procedures. Verbal or written language that could make employees feel scared or intimidated is considered aggressive or abusive behavior. It can also involve the use of insulting language, rudeness, and other menacing behaviors. Unreasonable demands and/or excessive amounts of contact are also examples of unacceptable patient behavior.

Before taking any action, we will give the person a chance to change their behavior in accordance with our Acceptable Patient Behavior Policy (a complete copy can be obtained upon request). A patient may be removed from our program if their behavior is deemed unsatisfactory on multiple occasions.

Exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts

https://broccolicare.ie/ in Ireland is the company that built and manages the website. The laws of Ireland shall govern the interpretation, enforcement, and enforcement of these Terms. By signing this, you irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the Irish courts’ exclusive jurisdiction.
