You commit to keeping your authorization credentials (password and username) private. You consent to just registering and completing online consultations for yourself.

You promise that all of the information you submit is accurate, truthful, and comprehensive.

Medication prescriptions are based on the information you give our doctors via online tests, Broccolicare account messages, email, and phone calls. Since we depend on the information you give us, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from our service or prescription drugs if you give us inaccurate or insufficient information.

You commit to quickly reporting any treatment side effects and other problems resulting from therapies obtained over the website to our doctors.

You promise to let your doctor know about any medication you receive and any advice you receive from the website.

If you don’t tell your doctor or another healthcare provider about the treatment you receive on the website, we won’t be responsible for any harm that results.

We disclaim all liability for any harm that arises from your disregard for the website’s counsel.

You agree that the website is not a substitute for your general practitioner and that you should speak with your GP and other healthcare professionals as needed and when recommended by our doctors.

You commit to asking the website doctors for clarification if you have any questions about the assessment portion of the website, are unclear about how to answer those questions, or have any questions about the information or advice provided on the website.

You promise that any medication our doctors prescribe you will only be used for your own use and not for the use of anybody else. You also promise not to give any of these medications to anyone else.

You promise to read all of the information our doctors have given you, both online and in print, before taking any medications they have recommended. You promise to read the Patient Information Leaflet provided by the manufacturer and to heed any guidance given to you by the pharmacist who is dispensing the medication.

The doctor has complete discretion over prescriptions. A consultation with a physician via Broccolicareis not guaranteed by Broccolicare Ltd.IE website will result in the issuance of a prescription.

The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be impacted if any of these terms are determined to be invalid or unenforceable.

You agree that Broccolicare employees and a doctor acting on Broccolicare’s behalf may view and exchange information about you, your health, and your medical history, including but not limited to the information you provide during the online consultation assessment, in order to perform a medical consultation. You are aware that there may be an electronic exchange of this information.

A doctor will respond as quickly as possible to electronic consultations made through this website. Since Broccolicare is an online consultation service that depends on technology and third-party networks for communication, we cannot guarantee that consultation information will reach a doctor on time or at all.

A year from the date of purchase, the Healthcare Plan’s benefits will expire and must be utilized during that time. Benefits that are not used during this time will be lost. The “Refund Policy” heading below outlines the Healthcare Plans’ return policy. Only prescription drugs for the therapies specified below are covered by the Healthcare Plan.
